<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />l. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />for the foregoing improvements shall be published as required <br />by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids <br />upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be opened by the Village Manager at ll:30 o'clock a.m. <br />on April 23, 1970, in the Village Hall, that no bids will be con- <br />sidered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten per cent (lO%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Linebarger and, upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
