<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD March 30 ' 1970. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice <br />of the village Council of Roseville, <br />and held at the Village Hall in said <br />1970 at 7:30 P. M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />thereof, a regular meeting <br />Minnesota, was duly called <br />Village on Monday, March <br /> <br />Mayor Moll. Councilmen Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Reso- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />536 I;) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the village of Roseville entered into an agreement <br />on April 16, 1962 with Henry B. Blumberg and Jeanne H. Blumberg, <br />Robert C. Blumberg and Claudia M. Blumberg, and Elizabeth Blumberg <br />Putnam, providing that the Village of Roseville was to get a flowage <br />and ponding easement over property owned by the said second parties <br />and further providing other mutual covenants therein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Agreement was never filed for record with the <br />Registrar of Titles for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said second parties to said Agreement have since the <br />date of said Agreement formed a partnership so that said Agreement <br />may not now be filed for record in its original form; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to said Agreement wish to continue the <br />legal effect of said Agreement and further wish it to be made a <br />part of the public record; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) The mayor and manager are instructed to s~gn on behalf <br />of the village a new Agreement incorporating the 1962 Agreement <br />
