<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, January 10, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wi ski, <br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9033 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION 8942 <br />IMPROVEMENT P-ST-SS-W-93-10 <br />LINCOLN DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD C-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8942 dated May 24, 1993, ordered the <br />construction of city Improvement P-ST-SS-W-93-10 consisting of the <br />construction of Lincoln Drive from Lydia Avenue to Terrace Drive and <br />County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary <br />sewer service, watermain, drainage facilities, and necessary <br />appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to state statute, the contract for the work must be <br />awarded within one year from the date of the original council action <br />ordering the improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to delay award of the contract until after <br />MnDOT's fiscal year 1994 begins after July 1, 1994, to facilitate <br />possible MnDOT funding; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council amends Resolution 8942 extending <br />award of bid date for Project P-ST-SS-W-93-10 from May 24, 1994, to <br />November 24, 1994. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the <br />same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
