-2- The Village Council hereby deems that it is necessary and convenient that an easement over the propert)' described below be acquired by said Village by condemnation tmder the power of eminent domain, all of said property being situated in the County of Ramsey and State of ~finnesota, to wit: The West One-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest !1uarter O~. 1/2 of t\'f 1/4 of sw 1/4) and the East One-half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest 0uarter (E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Ten (10). Township Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty- three (23), which lies below an elevation of 929.0 feet sea level from U.S.r..S. datum, subject to right-of-way of snl No. 36. That the estate to be acquired in the propcrty described above is a perpetual casement for the purpose of draining water and ponding water upon said land for the stonn sewer system of the Village of Roseville. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instnlcted to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, ~Iinnesota, to acquire property hereinabove described under the statutes of the State of ~linnesota, and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ~1ember Reinecke and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: ~1ayor ~tree.
