EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 10, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9034 AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION 8902 IMPROVEMENT P-93-06 HAMLINE AVENUE, COUNTY ROAD B TO COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8902 dated February 8, 1993, ordered the construction of city Improvement P-93-06 consisting of the reconstruction of Hamline Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances, and the overlay of Hamline Avenue Avenue from County Road B to County Road B-2; and WHEREAS, according to state statute, the contract for the work must be awarded within one year from the date of the original council action ordering the improvement; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County estimated schedule for the project indicates an award of bid date of June 15, 1994; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council amends Resolution 8902 extending award of bid date for Project P-93-06 from February 8, 1994, to August 8, ,1994. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
