EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of August, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing and the following were absent: none Member Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 10831 ' RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR DALE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively se~.ected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 2011 Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville described below by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS Nei hborhood Street From To 20/21 Dale Street S. Owasso Boulevard Coun Road C NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: The neighborhoods specified above are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2011 Pavement Management Program. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
