ION NO. 5378 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village <br />of the Village of Roseville duly held on the 20 th day of <br />19~, the following Resolution was offered by t>.lember Grauel <br />; seconded by Member Linebarger <br /> <br />Council <br />April <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Villa~eClerk; and <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br />particularly identifieu and described; <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number 12~ renumbered Trunk <br />Highway Number ~l wi thin the limits of the VUlafle of <br />Rose~11A be and hereby are approved. <br />
