application was accepted as complete or such date as extended by the applicant or City Council. If the <br />City Council shall disapprove said preliminary plat, the grounds for any such refusal shall be set forth in <br />the proceedings of the City Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such approval. <br />(Ord. 11'76, 11-25-1996) <br />2. Approval of the preliminary plat shall not be construed to be approval of the final plat. (1990 Code; <br />1995 Code) (Ord. 1296, 10-20-2003) <br />F. Final Plat: <br />1. Final Plat Submission: The owner or subdivider shall submit the final plat of a proposed subdivision <br />not later than six months after the date of approval of the preliminary plat; otherwise, the preliminary <br />plat will be considered void unless an extension is requested in writing by the subdivider and granted by <br />the City Council. The owner or subdivider shall also submit with the final plat an up to date certified <br />abstract of title or registered property report and such other evidence as the City Attorney may require <br />showing title or control in the applicant. Required Changes Incorporated: The final plat shall have incorporated all changes or modifications <br />required by the City Council; in all other respects it shall conform to the preliminary plat. It may <br />constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat which the subdivider proposes to record and <br />develop at the time, provided that such portion conforms with all the requirements of this Title. The City Council shall act upon a final plat application within 120 days of the <br />submission of a completed application. The refusal to approve the plat shall be set forth in the <br />proceedings of the City Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such approval. If the <br />final plat is approved, the subdivider shall record said plat with the County Recorder within one year <br />after the date of approval and prior to the issuance of any building permit; otherwise, the approval of the <br />final plat shall be considered void. (1990 Code; 1995 Code) (Ord. 1296, 10-20-, 2003) (Ord. 1363, 3-24- <br />2008) <br />1102.02: NECESSARY DATA FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT: <br />In addition to the data prescribed by the law of the State of Minnesota, the preliminary plan shall include the <br />following data: <br />A. Identification and Description: <br />1. Proposed name of subdivision, which name shall not duplicate the name of any plat previously <br />recorded in the County. <br />2. Location by township, section, town or range or by other legal description. <br />3. Names and addresses of the owner or subdivider having control of the lands included in said plan, the <br />designer of the plan and the surveyor. <br />4. Graphic (engineering) scale not less than one (1) inch to one hundred (100) feet. <br />5. North point (designated as true north). <br />6. Date of preparation. <br />B. Existing Conditions: <br />1. Boundary line of proposed subdivision clearly indicated. <br />2. Existing zoning classification. <br />3. Total approximate acreage in said plan. <br />4. Location, widths and names of all existing or previously platted streets or other public ways showing <br />type of improvement, if any, railroad and utility rights of way, parks and other public open spaces, <br />permanent buildings and structures, easements and section and corporate lines within the tract and to a <br />distance of one hundred (100) feet beyond the tract. <br />5. Location and size of existing sewers, water mains, culverts or other underground facilities within the <br />tract and to a distance of one hundred (100) feet beyond the tract. Such data as grades, invert elevations <br />and location of catch basins, manholes and hydrants shall also be shown. <br />6. Boundary lines of adjoining unsubdivided or subdivided land within one hundred (100) feet, <br />
