<br />Extract of Minutes of the Meeting <br />of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on the <br /> <br />12th day of March, 19621 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Kustermann and Reinecke. <br /> <br />McGee, Flanagan, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Reinecke introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO;-.J NO. 5.37 A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PRELIMINARY REPORT AND PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS RELATING <br />TO PASCAL AVENUE STORM SEWER IMPROVE- <br />MENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to construct a storm sewer on <br /> <br />Pascal Avenue between the intersections of Skilman Avenue and <br /> <br />State Trunk Highway No. 36, and to assess benefitted property <br /> <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br /> <br />to M.A. Sections 429.011 to 429.111, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />VJillage of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister <br />Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the proposed improvement. <br />
