<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD MARCH 12, 1962 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />~innesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on March 12, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: l/U;/ /' ,) <br /> <br />r , <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />!'.lember if' ( /'.. </?. introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO .'j';:; /J / <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />LEXINGTON HOLDING COMPANY AND THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE DATED <br />THE 14th DAY OF JULY, 1961. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville and the Lexington <br />iiolding Company entered into a written contract on the 14th <br />day of July, 1961, in which the Lexington Holding Company <br />agreed to make certain improvements along Dunlap Street and <br />Dionne Streets near their intersections, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said contract specified that the Lexington <br />IJolding Company would do further landscaping as prescribed by <br />the Village: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Village prescribes and directs in accordance <br />with said contract that the Lexington Holding Company will make <br />the improvements as shown by the attached landscaping plan; <br />that said landscaping plan is known as Landscaping Plan No. 1 <br />at the Intersection of Dionne and Dunlap, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Council has <br />
