CITY OF ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is given that the PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a meeting at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Dr., at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2010 to consider: Project File 0004 & 0017: Request by the Roseville Planning Division to consider corrections or amendments to the 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan designations of approximately 20 parcels throughout the city and the subsequent rezoning of the same parcels to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as required by State Law Project File 0004 &0017: Request by Roseville City Council for consideration of changing the 2030 Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation of 3253 and 3261 Old Hwy 8 from High Density Residential to Low Density Residential and the subsequent rezoning of the same .parcels from -High Density Residential to Low Density Residential 1; legal descriptions of the parcels are on file at the Community Development Dept. Project File 0017: Consideration of revised text for Residential Districts Section 1004.05G Attached Garages and 1004.06 One and Two Family Design Standards; these sections were removed for further refinement at the Planning Commission meeting of July 7, 2010 Project File 0017: Request by Roseville Planning Division for consideration of a subdivision ordinance text amendment to clarify the purpose and application of alternatives to the plat process (Roseville Review: Aug. 10, 2010)
