The followin~ members were nresent: Mayor Moll, Counci lmen Anderson, Grauel, Linebarger and the following were absent: Curley Member Linebarger its adoption: . introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 5381 RESOLUTION RELATING TO REOUEST FOR SPEED ZONING ON COUNTY ROAD B-2 BETWEEN SNELLING AVENUE AND CLEVELAND AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville t in compliance with Subdivision 5 of Section 169.14 of the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, hereby requests the Commissioner of Highways t upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investi- p.:ation, to authorize the errection of appropriate signs designating a reasonable and safe speed limit upon the following described streets: County Road B-2 between Snelling Avenue and Cleveland Avenue The Village !\tanager of the Vi Have of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly 1)assed and adopted.
