<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />April, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The f011ow1ng members were present: Mayor Moll and councilmeQ <br /> <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5382 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PRE~ARATION OF <br />REPORT ON ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. P-70-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville on West County Road B-2 between Hamline Avenue and <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue by the construction of an underground ornamental <br /> <br />street lighting system and necessary appurtenances, and to assess <br /> <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. statutes 1961). <br />
