<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 27, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on April <br />27, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5384 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists at the following described real property, to <br />wit: <br /> <br />The East one-half of the West ten (10) acres of <br />the South one-half of the Southwest One Quarter <br />(1/ 4) of the Southwest One Quarter (1/4) of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the danger to public <br />health and public safety the greenhouses, outbuildings, the house and <br />appurtenant structures should be raz ed, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are instructed to execute <br />the attached Order marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being held thereon, <br />
