pursuant to published notice on the proposed construction of Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements W-SS-69-25 and Street Improvement P-69-26 consisting of construction on Aladdin Street between Rose Place and 700 feet south of Rose Place to the cul-de-sac dead end. Watermain construction consists of a 611 diameter watermain and all necessary appurtenances including services, valves and hydrants to serve the abutting property on either side of the street right of way. Sanitary sewer construction consists of the furnishing and installation of service connections to the existing sanitary sewer line on Aladdin Street, to serve the abutting property on the west side of the street right of way. Street construction consists of the grading of Aladdin Street, together with the construction of concrete curb and gutter al ong both sides of the roadway through- out its entire length followed by the installation of sub-base and a 2 inch plant-mixed bituminous surfacing. The width between curbs face to face would be 32 feet. Also included as part of the street construction is the construction of approxin,ately 150 feet of storm sewers and necessary manholes and catch basins, which are necessary to prOVide proper drainage for the street. The foregoing, as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $23,174, is substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village Manager. The Council, having considered the views of all interested persons at the public hearing, and being fully advised in the premises, does hereby determine and order that said improve- ment shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the notice of hearing. 2. Final plans and specifications, having previously been received from the Village Public Works Director, are hereby approved. 3. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications.
