<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 27, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the village Hall in said village on the 27th day of <br /> <br />April, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced and moved <br /> <br />the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUfION NO. 5388 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />OF TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and upon <br />public notice and hearing as therein required, the village has <br />ordered the construction of Storm Sewer Improvement ST-69-l9i <br />Street Improvement P-68-331 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-l2, <br />Water Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-l4i <br />Street Improvement P-69-l8i Sanitary Sewer Irrprovement SS-69-22, <br />Water Improvement W-69-23 and Street rmprovement P-69-241 <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-27, Water Improvement W-69-28 and <br />Street Improvement P-69-29i Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-7, <br />Water Improvement W-69-8 and Street Improvement P-69-9r Consolidated <br />Storm Sewer Irrprovements ST-67-24, 69-20 and 69-21: Sanitary Sewer <br />and Water Improvements SS-W-69-25 and Street Improvement P-69-26, <br />and has advertised and received bids for such construction, and the <br />total cost thereof, including the cost of work under said bids and <br />additional work to be performed, and all other expenses necessary <br />
