<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD MARCH 26, 1962 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on March 26, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: .~ ,<.I <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br /><' " <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />.,/ <br /> <br />,< <br />Member .7' Ar:c ;',':'"/''.''' <br />following resolution and move,a its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO."l ~'f ,./;" ,i <br />---L. <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING A GRADE SEPARATION, COUNTY <br />ROAD B AND SNELLING AVENUE, AND FOR IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY <br />ROAD B FROM SNELLING AVENUE TO HAMLINE AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were eighteen accidents, including one <br />fatal accident, at the intersection of County Road Band <br />Snelling Avenue within the Village of Roseville for the year <br />1961, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a constant traffic problem and <br />congestion at the intersection of County Road B and Snelling <br />Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Snelling Avenue is under the control of the <br />Department of Highways, State of Minnesota, and <br /> <br />IVHEREAS, County Road B, from Hamline Avenue to <br />Snelling Avenue, is subject to heavy vehicular traffic over <br />and above the design of the road as it now exists, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road B is under the control of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />
