<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the tenth day of January, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel,P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9037 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, 1993 City Contract A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on April <br />26, 1993, Central Landscaping of Forest Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily <br />completed the improvements associated with 1993 Contract A, street <br />reconstruction and storm sewer in Neighborhoods 58, 62, and 66. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 10th day of <br />January, 1994, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 10th day of January, 1994. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />~~ <br />
