Roseville Public Warks, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: July 27, 2010 <br />Item No: 8 <br />Item Description: Capital Improvement Plan and financing discussion <br />Background: <br />The Commission has discussed reviewing the Capital Improvement Plan as it relates to <br />infrastructure replacement and gaining a better understanding of the resources required to meet <br />the infrastructure replacement needs of the city. This will allow the Commission to make <br />recommendations regarding assessment policies and other financing mechanisms.
