<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROS EVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 11. 1970 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on l\1onday, May 11. 1970 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Grauel. Anderson and Linebarger <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Moll. Councilmen Curley, <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5403 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED <br /> <br />PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has informed the Village <br />that certain property is tax forfeited, and is available <br />for a public use on proper application, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village does desire to acquire owner- <br />ship of the two parcels of property as described in the <br />attached Application, for public purposes, as set forth in <br />said application. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Manager is hereby authorized to sign, execute <br />and tender to the proper county officials an Application to <br />acquire, by the Village, for a public purpose, the two par- <br />cels of property set forth in the attached application. <br />
