<br />Extract of Minutes of ~etin9 of the <br />Village Council o~ the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of aoseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on MOnday, the <br /> <br />18th day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />. 1970, at 7:30 o'clock ~.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />CounCilman <br /> <br />Graue 1 <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 5406 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />SS-69-22, WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />W-69-23 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-24: STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-18: SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- <br />MENT SS-69-12, WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />W-69-l3 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-l4: STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />ST-69-l9: STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-68-33 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said village, said bids <br /> <br />were received on April 23 <br /> <br />. 1970 at 11:30 <br /> <br />o' clock .!:-.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />
