<br />WHEREAS it appears that Annor Coat Company, Inc. of <br />St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 87,321.51 . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />l. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Armor Coat Company, Inc. <br />for $ 87,321.51 in the name of the Village of Roseville for <br />the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and or. file in <br />the office of the Village Manager. <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Linebarger and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
