<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THI3 VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 18, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, May 18, <br />1970, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Cmlncilrnen <br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5408 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to enter into an agreement with Arden Hills pertaining <br />to the interconnection of sanitary sewers, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to sign on behalf of <br />the Vi 11 age an Agreement between Rosevi lIe and Arden Hi lIs, copy of <br />which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A". and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution WaS declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) 55 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of <br />
