<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Mbnday, the <br /> <br />25th day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />. 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 5411 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS ST-67-24, <br />ST-69-20 AND ST-69-2l <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said Village, said bids <br /> <br />were received on April 2~1. <br /> <br />, 1970 at 11:30 <br /> <br />o' clock JL.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />
