<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br /> <br />Arcon Construction Company <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ <br /> <br />702.850.82 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />Arcon Construction Company <br /> <br />for $ 702,850.82 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for <br /> <br />the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Village Manager. <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
