<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />25th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5412 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />WATER AND SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS W-SS-69-25, AND <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT P-69-26. <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said village, said bids <br /> <br />were received on May 21, 1970 at 11:30 o'clock A.M., opened and <br /> <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />
