<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MAY 25, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, May 25, 1970, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5415 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to transfer limited funds from the Contingency Fund <br />to the Mayor-Council Fund of the General Fund; <br /> <br />NOIV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />The transfer of $900.00 from the Contingency Fund to the Mayor- <br />Council Fund of the General Fund is necessary in order to underwrite <br />the participation of the Village of Roseville in the League of Minn- <br />esota Municipalities Labor Relations Consulting Service. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) S5 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville, ~tinnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compated the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council held on the 25th day of May, 1970, <br />with the original thereof on fi Ie in my office, and the same is a <br />true, full and complete transcript thereof insofar as the same <br />relates to transfer of monies. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAi~D as such Manager and the corporate seal of the <br />Vi 11 age of Roseville this 26thday of ~1ay, 1970. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />.//" :;.--"/' " . .
