EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD ~~Y 25, 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vi llage Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 25th day of May, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. TIle following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: ~one. Councilman Linebarger then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 5416 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Prior Avenue between County Road B-2 and County Road C, filed with the Council on May 20, 1970, is hereby declared to be sip,ned by the required percentage of owners of property affected there- by. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes., Sec. 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion was seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
