CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given that the <br />ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL will <br />hold a regular meeting in the City <br />Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, on Monday, <br />August 23, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. to <br />receive public input on the following <br />proposal: <br />An Ordinance Adding Chanter <br />804 Establishing A Street Light <br />tility In Accordance With <br />h'innesota Statutes Section <br />429_021 The City Council will receive <br />input from the public on a proposal to <br />establish a street light utility to fund <br />the operations and replacement of <br />city owned and leased lighting <br />systems. This ordinance would allow <br />the city to collect a utility fee for <br />these purposes with rates <br />established on an annual basis. The <br />funds could only be used for the <br />purposes stated in the ordinance per <br />Minnesota Statutes. <br />How to Participate or be intormed <br />of the decision of the City Council: <br />1. Attend the Council Meeting & <br />testify or view the meeting on Cable <br />Channel 16 <br />2. Call city staff, ~ 651-792-7003; <br />or, mail a letter prior to the hearing. <br />3.
