Topic/Presenters for July: Robert Bell moved that a subcommittee be appointed to draft an exemplary charter, the committee to consist of himself, Ron Riach, Elwyn Sands and other volunteer members of the commission. The subcommittee may expend the sum of $750 in retaining Duke Addicks to assist in the drafting of an exemplary charter. Marilyn Silvis seconded. Voting aye were Robert Bell, Jack Brewer, Patricia Johnson, Elwyn Sands and Marilyn Silvis. Voting nay were Craig Klausing, Vicky Lorenz, Ron Riach and Georgians Sobola. The motion was approved. The topic scheduled for July 19 is Options available for city operating structatres-under a charter. Before the meeting, commission will receive League of Minnesota memo, City Administration: Clerk, Administrator, Manager. A presenter on the topic will be scheduled. VIII.
