<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA - HELD JUNE 8, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on Honday, June 8. 1970, at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Linebarger, Anderson, <br />Curley and Moll. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Graue 1 <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5424 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. pursuant to resolution of the council adopted June 8, <br />1970. a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with <br />reference to the improvement of County Road B between Snelling and <br />Cleveland and this report was received by the council on June 8. 1970. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVIL~. <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., <br />Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, ChI 398, as amended) at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $26,000.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 22nd day of June, 1970. in the counci 1 chambers of the vi 11 age hall <br />at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 8th day of June, 1970. <br />
