<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OR ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELU JUNE 8, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and he 1 d at the Vi llage Hall in s aid Vi 11 age on Monday, June 8, <br />1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: <br />Curley and Moll. <br /> <br />Linebarger, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Grauel <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5427 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in tee best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to establish an additional position for <br />a Patrolman on the Police force; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The creation of a position on the Roseville Police <br />force for an additional Patrolman at the monthly <br />salary rate of $730.00 beginning June IS, 1970; <br /> <br />2. The approval of $250.00 is necessary for the purpose of <br />providing the Patrolman with a complete uniform; <br /> <br />3. The necessary funds in the amount of $4,995.00 are to <br />be transferred from the Contingency Fund to the General <br />Fund of the Police Account. <br /> <br />TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Hember Anderson and upon a vote bein~ taken thereon the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
