EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD June 22, 1970 * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, and held at the Village Hall in said Village on regular meeting was duly called June 22, 1970 The following members were present: Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Mayor ~toll and the following members were absent: Councilman Grauel Member Curley and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5428 A RESOLUTION ASSESSING THE STATF OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS IN THE SUM OF $22,302.99, FOR BENEFITS ACCRUING TO STATE RIGHT-OF-WAYS AND HIGHWAYS ARISING OUT OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY DITCH NO.2, VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-38A. WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice given the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, Construction District No.9, the Council has held a hearing pertaining to proposed assessments in accordance with the Notice of Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Village of Roseville hereby assesses the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, Construction District No.9, in the sum of $22,302.99, for benefits accruing to State right-of-ways and highways arising out of the improvement of County Ditch No.2, Village Improvement No. 65-38A. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson , and upon a vote be ing taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll
