<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, state of Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of January, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wi ski, <br />and V. Johnson nd the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Mastel introduced and following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9040 <br /> <br />RELATING TO RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Auditors Department inadvertently removed two <br />city projects from the assessment roll: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these two projects are identified as SS-W-ST-82-12 and W-82-15, <br />sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer for Dale Court: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the improvements affect one parcel identified as 14-29-23-41- <br />0074: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a balance of $154.58 for improvement SS-W-ST-82-12 and <br />a balance $467.22 for improvement W-82-15: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Auditors Department has requested the City of <br />Roseville to pass a resolution to re-establish these two City <br />improvements, so the balance of the assessments can be collected over <br />the next 11 years: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the City Council c~ ~he City of <br />Roseville does hereby authorize the Ramsey County Auditors Department to <br />re-establish assessments SS-W-ST-82-12, Auditor No. 5583, and W-82-15, <br />Auditor No. 5584, to be collected beginning with the 1993 taxes <br />collectible in 1994 and continuing for the remaining 11 years. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. <br />Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
