<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HEW JUNE 22, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the <br />Village Hall in the said Village on Monday, June 22, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Counci lmen Linebarger, <br />Anderson, Curley and Mayor Moll. <br /> <br />The following members were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5429 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 25th <br />day of May, 1970, fixed a date for a Council hearing <br />on the proposed improvement of County Road B, from <br />Cleveland Avenue to Snelling Avenue, and whereas ten <br />days published notice of the hearing through publica- <br />tion of the required notice was given and the hearing <br />was he ld thereon on the 22nd day of June, 1970, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted on June 22, 1970; <br /> <br />2. Plans and specifications prepared by the Ramsey County <br />Engineer for such improvement pursuant to Council reso- <br />lution, a copy of which plans and specifications is at- <br />tached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved <br />and shall be filed with the Village Clerk; <br /> <br />3. TIle Village Council hereby names the Ramsey County En- <br />gineer as his agent for the purpose of advertising for <br />bids, opening bids, tabulating bids, making recommenda- <br />tion on the contractor, and acting as the Village's <br />agent for the construction of this project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Mayor Moll <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />
