Form 2523 (4-69) RES 0 L UTI 0 N # 5430 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosenlle duly held on the~day of Ju.'1e , 19~, the following Resolution was offered by Councilman Curley , seconded by Councilman lmderson to-wit: WHEREAS tne Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 51 within the corporate limits of the Villa.ge of Roseville ~ at the Northeast Quadrant of T .H. 51 & Co. Rd. B-2 Interchanp-:e :tm ; and WHEF~ said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6216-61 (51=125) ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of thu Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 62l6-61 & SaP. 62l6-61 (151=]'15) , which, together with the Minnesota Department of HighwaY;5 Specifications and- sU:Qp1emented July 1,1969, for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968,;\on file in the offfce of t,he Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 51 ; and WHEREAS oopies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particular~ identified and described.
