<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 22, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on June 22, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, ~.lo11 <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Grauel <br />Member Anderson in troduced the follow ing <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5431 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville through its <br />Administration, Village Council and Police Department wishes <br />to assist in the establishment and coordination of a cooper- <br />ative community approach to the prevention, understanding, <br />treatment and elimination of juvenile delinquency and in <br />the creation and maintenance of a program devoted to the <br />young people in the Roseville area and their attitudes <br />toward, and understanding of, the law and police officers, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School Board for Independent School <br />District Number 623 is interested in assisting in this <br />endeavor and in cooperating with the village of Roseville <br />in establishing such a program, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the establishment and maintenance of a <br />Police-School Liaison Program necessitates the expenditure <br />of certain funds for the school year beginning September 1, <br />1970, and ending on June 9, 1972; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
