Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Counci I Village of Rosevil1e County of Ramsey state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Vi11age of Rosevi1le, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi1le, Minnesota, on Monday, the 20th July 70 day of , 19 _, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor >1011, Councilmen Anderson, Curley anti Graue I and the following were absent: Councilman Lineba.r,ger Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5433 RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENI'S NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5, and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964 was cer- tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the ori- gina1 assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, NGT, THEREFORE, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following des- cribed properties:
