Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 20til day of ,July , 197~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor i.loll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley and Grauel and the following were absent: Counci lman Linebar.~er Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5434 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO 1965-1966 CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-37, 65-43, 66-11, 66-14 & 66-15 (AUDITOR NO. 567 DIp No. 81) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Consolidated storm Sewer Improvements as finally amended and adopted by Resolution No. 1635 on October 10, 1966, was certi- fied to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, since that date, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed and it requires that apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville i.n order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby rnake the following apportionment of original assessments against the following described properties:
