CHRIS PETERSON, OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, POWER TO ENFORCE CHAPTER 204 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE WITH RESPECT TO THE DANGEHOUS CONDITIONS EXISTING ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY: 2325 No. Lexington Owner of Record - John T. Lyon, Alfred E. Seidenkrantz-fee owner Old Farm House & Out Buildings - Subject to Highway al1d Easements; the 264 feet of S 1/2 of N 1/2 of HE 1/4 of SE 1;4 and of N 25 feet of N 1/2 of S 1/2 of S 1/4, all in Sect 10-29-23.
