EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF f\lEt:TING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, l\fINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 10, 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re~llar meeting of the Village Council of the \illage of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, August 10, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5443 !~HEREAS, it is proposed to improve proposed Heinel Drive between Sandy Hook Drive Existing Heine1 Drive by installation of sanitary sewer, water.~ain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Sta.tutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Counci 1 with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ~!ember Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against: None WHERI-::UPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
