<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF f\lEt:TING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, l\fINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 10, 1970 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re~llar meeting <br />of the Village Council of the \illage of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br />August 10, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Anderson, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5443 <br /> <br />!~HEREAS, it is proposed to improve proposed Heinel Drive <br />between Sandy Hook Drive Existing Heine1 Drive by installation of <br />sanitary sewer, water.~ain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Sta.tutes, Sections <br />429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Counci 1 <br />with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by ~!ember Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHERI-::UPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
