<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey Count Yo Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 10th day of <br /> <br />August, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORNAMENTAL STREET <br />LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-70-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS Improvement P-70-9 consisting of underground ornamental <br /> <br />street lighting and necessary appurtenances on West County Road B-2 <br /> <br />between Hamline Avenue and Cleveland Avenue was commenced, a public <br /> <br />hearing having been held May 25, 1970, and the improvement ordered <br /> <br />to be constructed and financed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the village Public Works Director was directed to <br /> <br />prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for <br /> <br />that portion of the improvement lying west of Snelling Avenue and <br /> <br />to review that portion lying east of Snelling Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the village PUblic Works Director has now reviewed that <br /> <br />portion of the improvement lying east of Snelling Avenue and has <br />
