The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved <br />plans and specifications. The advertisement for Ornamental Street <br />Lighting Improvement No. P-70-9 shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon <br />the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be opened and considered by the Village Manager and PUblic <br />Works Director at 11 :30 o' clock E..m. on September 9 , 1970, <br />in the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten per cent <br />(lOO~) of the amount: of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman LinebarQ:er <br /> <br />and, upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the fOllowing against: None <br />whereupon said reso1ution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
