EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 24, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wi ski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9042 STATE AID FUNDS, IMPROVEMENT P-93-06 HAMLINE AVENUE, COUNTY ROAD B TO COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, the City and the County entered into an agreement in February of 1993 to reconstruct Hamline Avenue from County Road B north to County Road C¡ and WHEREAS, this roadway is currently designated as a county state aid highway and is not on the City's Municipal State Aid system; and WHEREAS, in order for the City to use Municipal State Aid funds to fund the construction of a roadway, the roadway must be part of the Municipal State Aid system¡ and WHEREAS, the State requires a resolution from the City authorizing the expenditure of Municipal State Aid funds for the reconstruction of Hamline Avenue, because Hamline Avenue is designated as a county state aid roadway¡ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the City Council authorizes the expenditure of State Aid funds on Hamline Avenue from County Road B to County Road C, City Project P-93-06. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
