<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 10, 1970. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />and held at the Village Hall in said <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />thereof, a regular meeting <br />Minnesota, was duly called <br />village on August 10, 1970, <br /> <br />~layor Holl, Cound lmen Cur ley, <br />Anderson, Grauel and Li.nehar~er <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br />~one <br /> <br />Member Linebar~er introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5446 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a truck-automobile accident occurred on July 15, <br />1969, on Cleveland Avenue, north of County Road "C", in which <br />a Village fire hydrant was damaged, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village attorneys thereafter commenced an <br />action against the owners and drivers of the automobile and <br />truck in order to collect the damages for said broken fire <br />hydrant, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a settlement was made by the Village attorneys <br />with the insurers of both the automobile and the truck in the <br />amount of Two Hundred Ninety Four and 85/100ths ($294.85) Dollars <br />in full payment of said damage; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are instructed tp execute <br />full and complete Releases in favor of Raymond Foster, Sr. and <br />Raymond Faunce Foster, Jr. and all - American Transport, Inc., <br />
