<br />Extract of t-tinutes 0 Meeting oc' the <br />Village Council <br />Village or Ro;,evl11e <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof', a regular meeting of the Vi.llage <br /> <br />Council of the Village of RosevUle, Ramsey County, l'-linnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Ydnnes~a, on Monday, the <br /> <br />JOth day of August, 19'70, at 7:30 o'clock P.:!v1. <br /> <br />The: L)llowing members were present: Hayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />anci the follovling were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Linebar2er <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoIltion: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5448 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO THE Iv10DIFICATIONS OF COUNTY ROAD B PLAlif <br />S.A.P. 62-625-04 <br /> <br />\vlillREAS, The Village COLm,;il of Roseville had previously approved the <br /> <br /> <br />Final Construction plans for Ramsey County Improvement S.A.P. 62-625-04, County <br /> <br />j~ad B between Cleveland and Snelling Avenuesj and <br /> <br />i'lHEREAS, said plans provided for a break in the centerline median of' said <br /> <br />d.ivided roadway for future Herschell Street (approximately Station 35+70) and the <br /> <br />d.riveway entrance to the Brimhall School (station 33+00)j and <br /> <br />vn-ERE:A3, The Village Council of' Ibsevllle feels that it L in the best <br /> <br />interests 01' all concerned that said breaks in the centerline median at Station <br /> <br />35+70 anci 33tOO be eliminated and the median made continuous so that cross-overs <br /> <br />would not be pe.1ui ttedj <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED, That The Village Council of Ro"ev111e <br /> <br />requests the County Board of Ramsey County to authorize the Ramsey County Engineer <br /> <br />t~) revise sai(1. plans for S.A.P. 62-625-0LI- to eliminate the breaks in the median at <br /> <br />Station 33tOO and Station 35~70. <br />
