<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD NONDAY, AUGUST 10, 1970 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on 11onday, August 10, 1970, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Anderson, Linebarger and Grauel <br /> <br />and the follOWing members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5449 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has acquired various parcels of <br />property for publi c and governmental purposes prior to January I, 1970, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the real estate taxes on said par- <br />cels of property are properly abatable upon application, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached <br />application for relief, to abate real estate taxes on the parcels of property <br />shown in said application for those taxes payable in the year 1970 and prior <br />thereto. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, the <br />follOWing voted in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the follOWing voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />
