EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF lliE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 24, 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Hinnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, August 24, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. The following members .'fere present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following were absent: Councilman Anderson Member Grauel and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLlITION NO. 5450 WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of the Village of Roseville to transfer a limited number of funds fran the Contingency Fund to the Police Fund of the General Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e as follows: The transfer of $1,620 from the Contingency Fund to the Police Fund of the General Fund is necessary in order to under- write the Police Longevity Program for 1970. The $1,620 is being made retroactive to January 1, 1970. The motion for the adoption of the fore going resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present None and the following voted against: WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
