November 21, 2001 <br />To: Neal Beats, City Manager <br />Roseville City Council <br />From: Roseville Charter Commission <br />We are submitting the attached invoice and requesting payment of the invoice. The <br />invoice is for services received from the League of Minnesota Cities during the <br />preparation of the proposed charter. <br />Per the statutes we have available to our commission $1,500 per calendar year. <br />According to the records received from the finance department we have not incurred any <br />expenses to date this year. At present we do not expect any further expenses this year. <br />If you have any questions please contact Bob Bell, Chair. <br />
