<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLtJfION NO. 5458 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING 'fO <br />WATER AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT W-SS-69-25 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Water and Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement W-SS-69-25 of the Village of <br />Roseville, in the area described in the legal notice thereof and <br />the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such improve- <br />men t is $ R d,7,; 1 . 14 and the other expenses incurred or to be <br />incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 1,253.23 <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 9,684.37 , <br />and of this cost the village will pay $ 1.034.32 as its share <br />of the cost. <br />
